Data collected
The form collects name, email address, country or area, request type and message. Security logs may include IP address, date, requested URL and browser information.
Purposes and retention
Information is used to answer the request and prepare a possible pre-contractual relationship. Prospect requests are retained for no more than three years after the last contact; security logs generally for no more than twelve months.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, withdraw consent and object to certain processing. Use the contact form; the public email appears only in the legal notice.
Security and processors
The site is hosted in France on OVHcloud infrastructure. Providers receive access only when necessary. Never submit passwords, authentication codes, full card details or confidential documents.
